So I spent all of last night with a terrible migraine that didn't let me sleep. I actually ended up working from home because I am still not feeling well - I really, really needed the extra day away from the office and all the stress though. It's okay to have a demanding job and be overwhelmed but sometimes it can get unhealthy. I thought today would be difficult to stay on track at home but just the opposite. I've been drinking tons of water because I can feel that my body needs it and I've stayed within my calories and even managed to leave enough calories for a sweet snack.
The rest of this week will be great, eating wise. I'm really not trying to let anything else derail me :)
