This is interesting. 3000 calories per day and my body fat is beginning to fall again. Seems odd, but perhaps my metabolism has caught back up and stabilized to include the heavy lifting. All the same, the three previous days I've been at 187. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Man, eating 3K calories a day and still losing weight. Must be pretty nice! The weights are working for you.

If you want to look at it as percentages, almost half of my daily calories are from fats. That's still giving me 200 gr protein and close to 200 gr of carbs each day. It seems to be working just fine.

Yes, I do over 65% fats - 25% protein and 10% or less carbs.
