Still trucking along, slowly but surely. I hope everyone is doing well. The summer is such a busy time for me. I miss reading everyone's posts. Take care buddies and try to keep focus on your goals because you are worth it! :)
186.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
