Greetings my Buddies!
Today, I wore a smaller pair of pants to work! I could not zip them about one month ago - today they were comfortable. I also have two other pairs I now can wear, too. Woo-Hoo!
The first 90 day challenge at my gym has ended - since April 1st, I lost 13.6 pounds and about 4.5% bodyfat.
The next 90 day challenge begins July 6th and I am psyched for it! I am hoping to see more change in my weight and bodyfat by October when it ends.
And, new words of the week.
