I'm a little disappointed I didn't really lose any weight, but I did cheat on Monday with a shake. I wish I could/would stop cheating! I just discovered fat bombs and I think they might be a solution. I bought some coconut oil and tried it a couple times, but it is not very palatable, but add a few fat bomb ingredients and I'm sure it'll be golden. I'll have to wait until next Thursday when I go to the grocery store again. I bought almonds yesterday and I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake. I've stuck to a serving size of 28 g yesterday and today, but they're so good! I could eat the whole bag with no problems. So I'm not sure I'll buy any more after this bag since the craving is just so strong and dangerous.
