Dr. Oz's 2 Week Rapid Weight Loss FINISHED!

I lost a total of 15 lbs. I tried my usual breakfast before this diet to see if I missed eating it (coffee w/ sugar and slightly burnt bread). To my surprise, I actually like my new breakfast (unsweetened green tea w/ lemon juice and an omelet).

I treated myself to some chocolate. Sadly, it's still delicious lol but I don't like the empty-calorie feel so I'll just majority of the time stick to dates when I'm having a sweet tooth.

I do want to increase my energy though. Any food suggestions?

oat bran maybe? and stay off dairy at least in the morning... it makes u kinda sluggish i believe.. although, i think eggs are the best choice...

Energy, hmmm. Protein for sure, eggs and BACON are good for that lol. I highly recommend fruit, yes lots of fruit. And yogurt. And I like fresh fruit in my yogurt. I eat a lot of chicken but quite frankly only because I have to feed DH and I need the protein. I could do without meat altogether if it were just me. Avoid the quick energy stuff with sugar. The crash is awful.

I love oatmeal, especially with fruit in it lol. Haven't had much lately as it's been warmer and I have fresh stuff.
