well lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks and a half..... doing the no bread diet again, now im following the blood type diet as well, eating foods within my type A + .... we will see how this goes, i should be eating a largely amount of vegetarian diet.... so ive been eating lots of veggies and salads, watching my protein, not aloud to eat beef and pork, so been eating lots of eggs , chicken and turkey 2 X week.... i do really feel great!
Thats important!!!! I like where this is going, would love to be down 15lbs by the summer, would feel great!
WEll if i can lose 5lbs in may and june, i am closely there... WHOOHOO!
