After reading some of my "buddies" journal entries, I'm getting motivated to start setting up some small goals for myself. I think it's time to kick it up a notch. I'd really like to start 10,000 steps a day. I'm also trying very hard not to run to the scale every day. I'm trying to weigh in every 2 weeks.Anyhow, if you're reading this...you and I have a similar goal...TO GET, BE and STAY HEALTHY!!! Ready, set GGGGGOOOOOO!
