Previously I had lost 65 lbs on ATKINS. One thing that worked for me was planning my meals for the next day before I went to bed. I would log them into FS and see what my carbs %, fat %, and protein %'s would be with my plan. If it didn't line up--I could adjust it. I am doing this method again and it really cuts down on "over-carbing/under-fatting".

On the days I unexpectedly go out to eat, I ask for the nutrition menu and look for the lowest carb item(s)with a side of butter/mayo. When I stopped doing these things I fell back into bad habits and gained weight. That's why I like FS--it helps you face the truth!
