I keep losing and gaining the same weight. This is getting old. I feel like giving up:(
274.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you being consistent with your eating and exercise. Consistency is key! When you stay on plan a couple days, go off plan, go back on, etc. You end up going up and down the same pounds. Some things to think about. Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you tracking at all? People who track tend to be much more successful than those who don't. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you eating the correct amount of calories to help you lose? You have to play around with them to see what works. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods helps us lose fat better than any other food groups. Are you getting enough healthy fats? Fats can help us lose weight by keep us satiated? Avocados, peanuts, peanutbutter are sources of fat (gotta watch portions). Also, google "power foods". Are you watching your sodium levels or eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium. So many factors go in to losing weight. You have to find what is going to work for you. But its so important to be diligent about tracking and staying consistent. Good luck!
