A new low!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Atavis diet. I'd never tried to avoid carbs since I love love love pan dulce in the mornings (and for snacks). I'm glad this is working. I plan to be on this diet for about a week more.

Yay!!!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 83.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
