as much as I realize weight fluctuates, I hope to NOT EVER see 150 lbs EVER AGAIN - Hello 140's lets take it down from here!!!!!!
149.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
