Well, so far so good. My goal is to work up to 10,000 steps per day by the end of this week. So far I'm averaging about 7,000.
Staying Motivated!!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good work. I'm also aiming for 10,000 average. I have a desk job so unable to walk much during the day. Averaging close to 8,000.

I'm able to get that in, being at both a desk job and construction site, where I do have to go to the field, quite often. Desk jobs can suck, but may I offer a suggestion? Get one of those stationery peddle bike (without the seat). They fit under your desk and can work your legs off!! Do you know what I'm talking about?? Try it out. Several people have them here and wow!!

great suggestion, but not allowed by the company. I work in a customer service area, we are also not allowed to stand and be on a call or walk around unless we have a specific purpose. several associates have tried to bring in exercise balls etc and they are banned. We can have a foot stool but nothing that moves. They say they are a saftey hazard. ???
