Just can't seem to stop eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is hard to control in the beginning - try a way to detox your body first - easiest way is to drink plain water; minimum of 2 liter a day, expensive way is to drink some expensive detox tea (Beware of the aftereffect, it will result of eating more). Our body will automatically want to stay healthy and will influence the way you choose your food. Don't give up, you can do it.

Cool...cool water. I'm - a - Drinking. Had my last Pepsi earlier..now it's just water or tea for the duration of the challenge. :-)
