The weekend is over, and it's time to get back on track. I spent four days at Comic-con, and I ate anything I wanted. I'm feeling good, and no guilt. Sometimes you just have to live life and enjoy the moment. I'm going to call this a diet resetting weekend. I'm going back on Atkins induction for a couple of weeks to get the carb cravings under control. I'm hoping I won't see too much gain on my Thursday weigh in, but if I do, I do.
