I just dont understand. Im living on cabbage soup, yogurt and lean meats and egg whites. my caloric intake is well below my calories to lose weight for my bmi, what the heck am I doing wrong???
235.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

431 kcal Fat: 8.34g | Prot: 11.85g | Carb: 79.45g.   Breakfast: Morton Coarse Kosher Salt, swanson vegetable broth, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Green Cabbage, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Celery, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Great Value Light Brown Sugar, Quaker Quick Oats. more...

If you don't eat enough your body stops using what you do eat and store it as fat regardless if it is good or bad food. Stick to the calories that they tell you to eat instead of eating less. Some days try eating a few hundred more than recommend then eat a few hundred less. That will shock your system into burning calories again.

I would say you need to eat more vegetables and lean meats so you are getting the right nutrition and don't forget to get enough protein too
