Well a good day. I ate what I was supposed to and feel great. I weighed in this morning (day 2) and found out I lost 2 pounds. I plan to weigh in every day, good or bad, I need to know. Mi amiga Shelly is doing great too, even though she has a cold! I hope she feels better soon.
