Ok, gained back the 16 lbs I lost over the summer, and a few more. Started out on the Atkins Program at 243 yesterday, weighed 240 today. I did this diet years ago and lost 38 lbs. Hoping to have the same success. This diet will also help with my potential "pre diabetes" status. Not worried about that because the night before my bloodwork I ate a lot of chocolate. Anyway, trying the Atkins program again and continuing to work out. Hopefully it will come off fast.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
