Ok, I am getting a handle on my weight gain, my trainer said lower the fat content (I didn't think it was too bad); also increase calories (hard to do, but I will try).

Started taking fat burners to help. Need to shed some pounds before my daughter's wedding in August. Crunch time is starting. I have already lost 3 pounds, but won't officially weigh in until Monday. Wish me luck!!)
