I am adding calories little by little, my body fat is 22% now, I want to lower a little more my body fat and then gain a few pounds of muscles. I do not have the Body of my dreams I have the skin of my stomach loose and full of stretch marks, but that is not serious, I love my body and I feel very proud of myself. We can do it ! 👌😊

Kelli, keep being proud of your hard work and your body. Everyone is different in how their bodies work and are ok at. I am 59 and so far in my journey, I’ve gone from 52% BMI to now, at 42%. I’ve lost almost 90 pounds, but exercise will always be hard for me, because my back has such bad arthritis, it causes a lot of pain. So I just don’t measure my successes against others, because I am not them. My husband just wants a healthy wife and partner. I am getting there! But so,etimes, exercising two days in a row will cause untold amount of pain in my lower back. I get shots, about every three months now. But it helps me move and walk better. I’ve dropped three sizes, and everything fits better. Though the charts say I should be between 115-154 pounds, I’ll never be able to do that anymore! Just won’t work! So, I don’t worry. I do what I can or what I feel like when the pain is light. So, don’t measure yourself and your successes against anyone else! You are different just as they all are, and I’m sure, they have forgotten! Just be healthy, don’t starve, and enjoy your life and good health. That is what’s important! And don’t deprive yourself, just have less of a treat, and you’ll be much happier! Loving a healthy lifestyle and diet, is what is important! Being a miserable skinny with, because you are hungry all the time, is not! Listen to your body, it knows what it needs and will tell you. Make sure you get your protein and vitamins and minerals. They are the building blocks for cells, and is what keeps you healthy and able to function properly. After my surgery, I have to take in 60 grams of protein a day. Harder than you think! Small stomach, and limited capacity to eat what you need! I still get most of my protein from my shakes, and any thing else, is just an energy boost for me! I love veggies, beans and all that. So, on so,e days, I’ll do two shakes for the day, and literally, eat a veggie filled meal twice that day, and all my snacks are veggie or protein based. And complex carbs. Our bodies need some good fats and sugars to process certain vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin, so, you need to have fat for that to do what it needs to in your body. And you know there are good fats and bad. Sweetness like honey, process differently in the body than white sugar. I love organic stevia in my tea in the am. I am a type 2 diabetic, so I know! I can use honey and not get a blood sugar spike. But use table sugar? Forget it. Carbs are the same. Complex carbs process differently than like moth carbs. So, my calories, fat etc, all have to have a bang for their buck, and not spike my sugars! So, a good balance is needed to be healthy! Sorry rattled on, but young women think Star is do. No! Now a fast , is different. You need to stay hydrated, and never. Fast longer than 7-8 hours at a time, a couple times a week. Constant fasting puts your body into save the fat mode, and end up starving ft your body needs! Your body will al slow your metabolism down, and you don’t e w any weight losss at all. So, be safe, be smart and be healthy! You can do it! You ARE doing it! Again, reform mding your ear! Food for thought as they say! Yours, Bodacious blue eyes 🤩🤩🧞‍♂️

Thanks Bodaciousblueeyes, I do feel very grateful with my body, I managed to put a stop on time, my weight was always between 115-105 and my height is 5 feet. But a little over two years ago I started gaining weight constantly, by changing physical activity and a hormonal contraceptive I use, I used to work hard all day so I did not have time to eat breakfast and lunch, I ate some things not enough calories So I did not gain weight, but then I gave birth to my little boy, and everything changed, I had all the time in the world to eat and I did haha 🐷🐖
