Did not exercise yesterday, and ate too much before bed.. last night.. (even though I was in my calorie intake range) Not discouraged bout the "lack" of weight loss..
336.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 141.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

dude it's cool you need to calm down dieting means you may eat less and gain more you just need to stick to your diet and get smile on your face.

Thanks! My personality type is that I have to do things everyday or constant, or I feel like I have "failed"... lol.. I was not really discouraged, upset, or mad-- just oh well I did not get to it yesterday, will make it up today.. just finished 30 min of walking (3mph) and stationary bike for 20 min, going between 10 and 12 mph.. After work, planning on going back over to the apartment complex exercise room and have another round, 30 min of walking, 20 min on the bike..

Please through that word out Failed ,, it never helps know one ya get up ya do the best ya can and love yourself no matter big or thin <3
