Start exercises last night.. walking on a tread mill.. going to try to do it twice a day, once in the morning, once at night (after work).. No focusing on the calories being burned, but just trying to get in shape...long road ahead..:-D
341.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 146.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
