Sunny day and I got in some time on the exercise bike. I have missed it! No time for breakfast this morning. Nibbled for a snack *lunch*. Big healthy dinner tonight. I'm stuffed! Room in my calories for a glass of red!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
