Happy day! Reached my first milestone - I've officially dropped 30.5 lbs as of today! yay! It's been up and down and taken 10 months to achieve this, but I'm feeling better than I have in soo long and finally ok knowing this is just how my body does things. It has a mind of it's own LOL. Anyway, today is day one towards my next goal to lose 20 more. Psyched. :)
159.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
