How's everybody doing? I'm at a standstill. I'm convinced the foods that make up those daily calorie counts really matters. Low cal/high nutrition. I need to refocus on making time for nutritious low cal choices or else my body isnt going to let go of the weight. Got to get more veggies in.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
