OK. Was writing a fairly lengthy journal entry today but it has erased in entirety for absolutely no reason TWICE now while I was typing so that's it for me! Have a happy healthy day everyone!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
