Barely made it over 20g+ fiber, so I need to focus on that. Also need to up my water a little bit and get serious about weekly exercise over and above the day to day activities. I've been working on limiting food intake to between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm. I am notorious for late nights uppers in the summertime!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
