Been out pretty much all day. Fasted until dinnertime, then had a good size healthy meal. Stayed on top of my water and managed 36g fiber. Just keepin on keepin on. Weekends go so fast.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
