Unexpected company at suppertime yesterday upset my planned meal so choices weren't ideal but still managed to keep it a low-cal day.

Raining and blustery today thru tomorrow. No walking outside the house but I will get my stretch routine in.

Been having headaches. Typical for me.

Glad to see the new number on the scale. Hoping I wont have to get thru yet another regain before moving on. Im good with staying here a few days before my next drop.

Slow but steady.... Just over halfway to initial goal!

Looking forward to size 12. Let's go!
173.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am cooking for the family on Easter Sunday and I don't know who is coming but I am planning for 12 people. We are unstoppable and we can do anything.

Yes ma'am! That's a good number. I'll be bringing several dishes/desserts to daughter's house Sunday. Should be close to 20-21 of us gathering. We take turns hosting and all pitch in to the meal. Sun expected Ressurection morning!
