Doing well with my water intake. Fiber is up and down, need to be more consistent with that. My scale suddenly has stopped displaying the hundreds pound place digit yesterday. I changed the batteries but it still consistently shows my weight at 75.5 lbs! Which I'm going to take as as showing an accurate loss of one and a half pounds. Yay! Need a new scale though..
Thankful for the much needed encouragement of a loss. If I can lose another pound and a half in the next 4 days I will have lost 16 lbs in 4 months which would be a consistent 1 lb a week, which I'd be delighted with. Not counting on it, but it would be a nice milestone.
Here's to warmer weather and looser clothing!

Does your scale switch from pounds to Kilograms? That is what happened to my scale and I just had to switch it back. Hope that helps.

Oh my gosh, that was it! Thank you, saved me a little money. So Ive only dropped half a pound - but still a drop nonetheless!

You were! Don't know where my mind is at lately. Silly oversight. Back on track now though with a one pound loss rather than 1 1/2. We are DOING it.
