Big breakfast this morning. Added pinto beans this morning and last night to increase fiber, but that really ups the calories and carbs. In another holding pattern weight-wise.

I eat a lot of salad and veggies already, yet struggle to get beyond 10 or 12g fiber daily.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
