Windy Day's Journal, 17 December 2022

Cheated and had a peanut butter cookie (made them homemade per daughter's request, and fresh out of the oven...so, yeah). Plus i indulged in simple carbs I had been avoiding - slice of bread for breakfast and 1/2 cup rice for dinner - and thus gained back 1/2 lb :(

Fresh start again tomorrow
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
