At first week's end weight has remained the same even having been faithful to diet. So, going forward I will try to increase exercise, add another 16.9 oz water daily and cut back on salt. Perhaps this weight will budge next week!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
