Oh fudge I made myself sick over the weekend. I didn't really overindulge -- but I was over confident, and Friday night I thought I could get away with eating guacamole and mango salsa, and a few corn tortilla chips. Well I couldn't, and I have been paying for it ever since. I hope I don't have to start over from scratch -- that it won't take the next six weeks to feel OK again. I'm back on the straight and narrow, but I must say I've very frustrated that I still can't eat things that aren't on the FODMAP yes list. I hope this is not permanent, but for now, I guess I have to assume that it is and not do stupid things.
