Grrr.. gone up a bit
My body seems determined not to go below 179!!
At least I managed to avoid the popcorn in the car...and instead of just trying to use "willpower " I envisaged how I'd feel afterwards and sabotaging my goals and it appeared to work 😁
But in definitely disappointed about the weight loss, it's really stalling now.
I did a 24 hr fast yesterday to try to get it to shift..and it went up
I'm trying to focus on other progress I'm making.. yesterday, in our work kitchen I avoided
Honey waffles
Cinnamon waffles
Carrot cake cupcakes
Custard cream biscuits
Bourbon biscuits

And when I came home, OH had done the food shop and I avoided
Eccles cakes
Danish vanilla cream crowns
Hula hoops

So at least I'm making progress with my carb addiction, if not on the scales

Up at 510am to get the housework done ( I am a retired newsagent, so no hardship)
Gonna try a 16:8 today.. got some cheese sticks and almonds to break my fast at my desk at 1130

179.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done for avoiding all those pitfalls. I find even with fasting it sometimes takes that extra day for it to drop. I'm in the same boat fasted yesterday, weight gone up.

It must be so hard for you with all those temptations at both work and home, but I think it's great how you list all the things you avoided. Keep it up!
