Ok. Still 179.0 for the third day in a row. Went to bed at 9pm last night as the chocolate digestives were calling me from he kitchen and I was really tired after all the housework on Sunday.

So, going to fast today until evening meal, to see if I can break the 179 lbs

At work til 230, then taking my daughter straight to Japanese at 4pm, so I won't have much opportunity to eat, it should be reasonably easy

Sat still yesterday in a training course 840 am til 1105.. supposed to have a break at 1030am, but they overran. So I was late with my painkillers and so sore from sitting in the one position that I went to the toilet and cried.(I was sitting next to my boss who would like to prove I can't do my job and replace me with an able bodied person). Ho hum

If I still can't really move by the time I get home this evening, I'll start on the chair based exercises.

Having a bit of a wobble this morning due to lack of progress and pain.. but determined not to make myself "feel better" with chocolate biscuits or hot crumpets as I would have done previously.

I read egull1 post again to remind me why I want this journey to be successful.. highly recommended 👍👍👍

Thats a trick I have done from time to time - Gone to bed early to stop that piece of cake or biscuit dragging me to it. looks like a tough time for you with work at the moment -Stay strong.

I had a bouncy stall up and down the same 4 lbs for a bit over 2 weeks...it was maddening lol. I am hoping to get below the 280 lb mark in the next few days...the point I have not been able to get below in over 2 weeks. I have only ate LCHF and no cheating what so ever so that blasted scale owes me lol!

I keep Frigo cheese head cheese sticks around. High in fat and protein and no carbs. You can take them with and you always have a good snack. :-)

Thanks all.. now sitting outside my daughters Japanese lesson for an hour. She left a large, open, gorgeous smelling bad of sweet and salty "posh" popcorn, my favourite brand. I've double wrapped it in shopping bags and hidden it on the boot.. but it's still calling me... so I've changed the screensaver to a photo of me holding my baby niece at 13st 10lbs, nearly a stone heavier than I am now.. hopefully that and a large bottle of water will get me through the last hour . Fingers crossed xx
