Started really being careful weight for me is so easy to put on.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 176.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1475 kcal Fat: 70.86g | Prot: 94.92g | Carb: 118.48g.   Breakfast: Compliments Kale with Brussel Sprouts Salad, Tuna in Water (Canned), Crackers. Lunch: Yoplait Source Yogurt, Safeway Frozen Mixed Berries, 2% Fat Milk. Dinner: Eat Smart Sweet Kale Salad, Swiss Chalet Chalet Chicken Wings (8 Pieces with Mild Sauce). Snacks/Other: Black Diamond Old Cheddar Cheese, Red Delicious Apples. more...
