Went to a vegan restaurant with a friend had cauliflower wings we didn't know they were deep fried and l had cauliflower a leek soup it was really good then found out it was made with heavy cream.So l gained a whole pound.Live and learn.
159.7 lb Lost so far: 178.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
