Day 1 of IF with a 20 hour fast and 4 hour eating window late in the day.Drinking plenty of water and keeping busy at work made it fairly easy.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awfully tight window, but good for you. Everything is worth a try. I liked IF when I did it because I got to feel full while losing weight. Good luck.

Thanks Drag and Northern.That eating window may become a 6hr on my workout days so I can fit in eating a bit pre as well as post workout.On my non workout days 4 hours seems ok so far.
