Happy Friday, my Best Buddies!

I hit my current goal for weight a whole week early!!! I saw 163.8 on the Idiot Boxes today - but I only log the average for the week so settled on 164.6 for the week.
Ahhh, when do I get the BLUE line?

CURRENT GOALS: March/April
* Idiot Box consistent weight of 165 by May 6 DONE on April 29
* Bodyfat at 27% by May 6 (last reading 27.9%)
* Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-26% protein and 8% (or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily. DONE 68%, 24%, 8%
* Consume more fiber within the daily carbs macro DONE
* Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights - 40lb dumbbells
* Continue HIIT during cardio work ALWAYS DO
* Do the “crab” move by May 6 – DONE on April 12

LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016

* Bodyfat at 25% or less (24%)
* Maintain Idiot Box at 153-158 (85-90lbs lost)
* Increased strength and flexibility

@Scalewatcher3: I KNOW! It is crazy because in the long past, if I wore size 12, it would be "women's" size 12 which are cut wider...12 petite was a shock! When I get down 6-8 more pounds, they will be loose and comfy!

HCB -- having the same experience with pants -- mostly wearing 12 petites, now. But also, am struggling just a touch because the legs on the 12s are sometimes too big, but I can't fit into the waist of the size 10s. We just have to keep working on it...

Super happy for you HCB!!!!! We all, I'm sure, have heard words of encouragement and support from you as we've gone along our own path...I also remember "watching" you persevere through a long plateau...very inspiring!! WTG, HCB. I'm on this plateau now, but not worried. I put it on slow, so I will take it off slow.
