Lisa Hahn's Journal, 26 February 2017

It's been a pretty good weekend. I actually slept 8 hours on Friday night and then had a great bike ride with Shannon and Craig on Saturday morning. I am experimenting with bike ride nutrition. I had bacon for breakfast and a small amount of UCAN during the ride. That seemed to work well. I wasn't hungry and I had a lot of energy. Then I did some heavy weights and had a very good day. Sunday I did not sleep as well but it was to be expected with a long sleep on Friday night and a slight nap on Saturday afternoon. I'm just so happy to sleep 8 hours once in awhile. Didn't know that was even possible for me. Looking forward to another great day. I ran 6 slow easy miles this morning and plan on swimming, hot tub, and steam room before church. I'm thankful for warm weather yesterday, a great bike ride, a good visit with my parents, finding a good book, swimming, steam room.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
