Stop dieting.... diets don't work. Loosing weight starts in your head first. Instead of wanting to be slim for vanity reasons maybe decide to want to love your body and take care of it with healthy foods. Find good books at the library or online that help to tell what different foods do to keep your body running and what other bad foods are doing to your body... once you understand the truth of what the crap does you may not want to take another bite. Also once you start eating natural and let your body go through the withdrawals of other foods you will stop craving them. Sugar especiallly can be very addictive. You will have more peace if you throw out the yo yo life...and find something healthy and meaningful for yourself. I am in the process of doing this and if I can do it anyone can!! I wish you well.

MZMARIEBAKER Thats amazing! Congrats! What do you think has kept you on track?

Lol! I have done the same, only my "reasoning" was that I didn't want to waste the food by throwing it away! Huh?? I don't know why we sabotage ourselves that way, but as long as we get the diet started and try hard to stick with it, then we can be on the right track. Good luck and keep us posted of your progress on FS!

DRL5 Thats funny! I think if we just find the right "diet" and I use that loosely, we can create the lifestyle change. Its about finding what works for you. Ive been told several times to try and only have a cheat meal once a month or every other week. That is another obstacle that is hard to do for me. Baby steps!

Madwaysmom it's been a struggle, but I feel so good these days. So that helps with it. :) This is the longest thing I have ever stuck to in my life!
