Hi guys! Just a question - is there any way to browse the different exercises, and the caloric burns? I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity today so I spent most of the day on a construction site, insulating and framing for about 5 hours. I have no idea what it was for exercise, but I know I needed a nap and I was ABSOLUTELY STARVING TO DEATH ;-) I logged it as gardening/yardwork, I don't know if that's even close, but I couldn't seem to find anything else that felt similar to how my muscles feel right now. Anyway, hope everyone is having a good week! I'm supposed to weigh in tomorrow...we'll see about that. I may be in traction.

Yes. And now I'm going to take an epsom salt bath and try to tell my body yet again that physical labour will NOT, actually, KILL US. She remains unconvinced ;-)

There is a DIY exercise. For DIY home improvement. You can browse better from the website instead of the mobile app.
