I failed miserably at the challenge yesterday...NO exercise, and I "binged" on fast food. Minor setback, but I will try to move on and be better.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think we all have those moments. I had a stressful weekend and binged last Saturday night. I literally ate half an apple pie right from the container.... You jut have to pick back up and dust yourself off.
