I refused to go to uni this morning and started working at home instead.

I discovered that my bofriend has bought Mars ice cream, which is one of my favorites :) <3

It was sooo good^^ (also hat some nicecream later, so today was a day with tons of ice cream^^)

Killed myself at the gym today, which was awesome and looking forward to kickboxing this evening.

That's why I exercise...so I can eat what I want (in moderation of course)

Moderation is the key! Never deprive yourself of the food you love to eat. Have a bit or adjust it so it has less calories. (I love avocado wraps and just leave out the tortilla and wrap them in the lettuce or just eat one with the tortilla :) )
