Down 9.2 lbs after putting on 23.4, that is 6.8 lbs of fat and 1.8 lbs of water weight. That is in just 2 weeks. I am totally stoked. If I keep this up, I will weigh less than I did in high school by the time my family vacay in the UK next month.
