I fell of the wagon, and started snacking. Even while remaining in a ketogenic diet, there is such a thing as too many nuts. I did an egg fast to restart ketosis. Now I will be alternating between egg fasting, BEBBI, and a weekly 48 fast until I can fit into a size 8.
