I was doing keto, but it just wasn't sure for me. I loved the foods and the whole plan, but the lack of fiber was a big issue. Ignoring nutritious foods such as apples, beans, oatmeal and lentils seems a bit too much for me and not something I want to do in the long run. I am willing to lose slower and be able to have more flexibility.

People are always asking "What is the best diet?" The answer is "The one you can stick to." You have to find the one that FITS your body and stay with it.

I agree. The way you eat for your body type has got to feel right because it should not be just a quick fix but a way of life. Took me a while to realize this as well. Good luck to you and keep us updated.

I really wanted it to be a quick fix. People lose so quick doing keto, but eh...it's just not worth it to me. I want to be small again, but I also want to eat bread sometimes!! Thank you for all the support!
