I was doing keto, but it just wasn't sure for me. I loved the foods and the whole plan, but the lack of fiber was a big issue. Ignoring nutritious foods such as apples, beans, oatmeal and lentils seems a bit too much for me and not something I want to do in the long run. I am willing to lose slower and be able to have more flexibility.
