Had 2 Mr Freeze Pops (20ml) after carrying very heavy groceries half mile! Whew! LOL Only 10 calories & 2g carbs per pop, which is a nice summery low-carb treat :)
283.2 lb Lost so far: 71.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
