May was a tough month for me, emotionally. I am happy I did maintain the 12 pounds off; that's something! My eating was all over the place. I worked hard on my mental health and today, I feel FANTASTIC: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually :) Tomorrow it's JUNE and I am gonna have THE best Summer everrrrrrr. 3 months' to get physical and enjoy the great outdoors! Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend! Hugssssss :)

April: lost 10.5 lbs, so that's a start! Haven't been using my Emotional Eating workbook past 10 days and I haven't really been much on track: there's something to journalling and working thru it! Back to the workbook tonight; fridge full of healthy options, so look out May!
Biggest walk (outside) in April was 5,000 steps (felt great!) Snow this morning and again in the forecast boooo (Calgary) but hope moisture helps preventing wildfires. May is time to step up my diet & exercise game!

Slept great last night wooohooo :) Am thinking I might not post weigh-ins until first of month to track the monthly successes. I just get excited by these small drops early on LOL It will be fun to discuss how the month went instead of every few days; it's gonna be a long journey! Happy Saturday :)

Last week, did 150-200g carbs, under 1800 calories. Scale stayed the same. Yesterday, 100g carbs and scale moved! Woohooo unfortunately, sleep was awful; max 3 hrs. Keep pushing forward! Happy weekend , everyone :)

Switching over to low/moderate carb (as I did back in 2019 & good diabetic choice) ; slept in this morning! Trying to find that balance for energy :)
